Alfa

The beginning here is not a bang, but a body emerging from the clear blue sea. MENDITTOROSA Alfa is conceived as the first step of a trilogy, bright in idea, but rich in spices, wood, and resins.

Ravensara and white thyme open the composition aromatically and sharply. Jasmine and carnation then bring floral warmth, but saffron remains its true heart: dry, leathery, and golden, without gourmand sweetness.

Indian sandalwood gives the entire middle a milky smoothness. Incense and precious woods simultaneously draw the scent towards something ritualistic, while oud beneath them adds a dark shadow without overpowering the entire composition.

Amélie Bourgeois signs Alfa, one of three fragrances that, along with Omega and Id, form Mendittorosa's trilogy of opposites. Alfa and Omega are conceived as two sides of the same whole, and all three fragrances can be worn alone or layered.

On the skin, the aromatic initial tension subsides, sandalwood becomes softer, and white musk connects jasmine, saffron, and incense. The finish is warmer than the first impression but retains the dry herbal edge of thyme.
