Composed by David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi

The nostalgia in this perfume doesn't take you to a place you've been, but to a summer you may have never lived. TOSKOVAT' Annacamento smells like a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea from an old tower, beautiful precisely because it's already fading.

Orange, blood orange, and prickly pear open the composition sunnily and juicily. Verbena gives them a brighter, greener edge, but the picture quickly begins to melt into a much stranger table laden with food and memories.

Ricotta, rum, pancakes, and raisins create a milky, alcoholic gourmand that isn't a neat dessert. Frangipani and broom pass through it like warm floral air, and "dryad's dust" leaves a fantastic, elusive veil over the entire scene.

David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi builds the story around a journey into the past, a destination quickly reached but ultimately nowhere. Melancholy is not separated from pleasure: sit down, eat something, hurry — we are already late for our own memory.

Cedarwood, oak, and poplar buds gradually dry the sweetness. Sea fennel, cistus, mastic, and cypress bring back the Mediterranean landscape, so the drydown smells more of stone, resin, and the coast than of the pancakes from the opening.

Annacamento is not a simple citrus gourmand. It is ricotta and rum under cypresses above the Tyrrhenian Sea — a memory that may be invented, but still hurts when it vanishes.

Multiple people have confirmed that the opening offers sweet, candied citrus and that the scent has a nostalgic, almost dessert-like character.
