Hashish, pomegranate, and davana open the extrait with a thick blend of green smoke, dark fruit, and liqueur-like aromatics. Pomegranate provides a tart red spark, but the sweetness quickly dissipates into resins.

Labdanum and cistus absolute create a dry, sticky warmth, while poppy flower adds an unusual softness. Naswar introduces a raw tobacco sharpness and takes the composition further away from polished desert fantasizing.

Harry Sherwood constructs the perfume as a travelogue without a fixed location in time. The voice of the desert invites the traveler to unearth buried secrets, and the materials act like traces of cultures, goods, and bodies that have passed this way.

Agarwood oud, deer musk, leather, and sandalwood later take over the scent. The base becomes animalic, dark, and dry, while pomegranate lingers only as a distant color beneath the smoke and wood.
