Ferveur

Imagine a cathedral where frankincense still burns, but behind heavy doors, the bass of the Parisian club Palace can be heard. LE GALION Ferveur takes both devotion and lust equally seriously.

Bergamot, clary sage, myrtle, and cypress open the composition fresh, green, and aromatic. Iris, rose, and coriander then introduce a floral coolness and spicy warmth.

Cinnamon leaf accelerates the transition towards vanilla, styrax, and tolu balsam. The sweetness is dense, but the smoke of frankincense constantly wafts over it.

Rodrigo Flores-Roux envisioned a perfume that Paul Vacher might have created if he had lived to see the eighties, their extravagance and ecstasy. It is a tribute to his life completely dedicated to perfumes, but without a quiet museum atmosphere.

Patchouli, vetiver, leather, and frankincense later build a monumental base. The resins act almost sacred, the leather distinctly carnal, and the perfume deliberately refuses to choose just one side.

Ferveur is not a simple oriental frankincense. It is frankincense between a cathedral vault, leather, and the Palace dance floor — body and soul seeking fulfillment at the same moment.
