Composed by Claude Dir

A lemon from the branch isn't just sour; it has a green rind, oil under the fingers, a leaf, and sea air around it. ZAHAROFF Signature Gusto Limone captures this entire image in an extract concentration of 30%, instead of offering a fleeting citrus flash.

Tangerine, Amalfi tangerine, and lemon open the composition ripe, electric, and full of essential oil. A breeze of green mint adds coolness, and citrus leaf a dry green edge.

Claude Dir starts from George Zaharoff's notes from Sorrento: high sun over Amalfi, heavy golden lemons on branches, and a twist of the rind that releases a vibrant essence. The scent is conceived as a living citrus, not an abstract lemonade aroma.

A sea air accord and white pepper spread a salty, spicy space around the fruit. As the light softens, delicate frankincense, white amber, and mineral woods give warmth and longevity to the skin.

If you're looking for a sweet lemon cake, you won't find it here; there's no creamy gourmand base. If, however, you want a completely ephemeral cologne, the concentration and the mineral-incense finish might be more serious than you expect.

In the end, what remains is the oil of Amalfi lemon on mineral wood, with salt and a barely visible wisp of smoke — the rind has long since been twisted, but the green electricity still lingers on the fingertips.
