After twenty years, love is no longer love at first sight, but that doesn't mean it has lost its intensity. JUL ET MAD Histoire d'Amour 2.0 smells like a relationship that daily unites two people, two cultures, and two completely different characters.
Ripe mango and whipped cream with raspberry and strawberry open the extrait sumptuously, fruitily, and almost scandalously sweet. Saffron immediately adds a dry, leathery tension beneath the dessert.
Vanilla absolute deepens the creamy heart, while amber begins to build skin warmth. The fruit doesn't disappear but transitions from fresh to a denser, almost liqueur-like character.
Stéphanie Bakouche dedicated the perfume to the enduring love of the house's founders, Julien and Madaline. Their story is not based solely on harmony, but also on differences, challenges, desire, and an attraction that must be maintained.
Oud, Atlas cedar, and musk later provide a dark woody base. Mango and cream remain above it like a sweet memory, while saffron connects the gourmand opening with a more serious finish.
Histoire d'Amour 2.0 is not a perfume for first love. It is mango and whipped cream over saffron, oud, and twenty years of shared life — a love that lasts because it never stops moving.
