Lemon and bergamot open the perfume sharply and brightly. The contrast is intentionally brutal as dry birch tar appears almost immediately, black and smoky.

Cassia brings a rich florality with a green and spicy edge. With the tar, it creates a deep leather accord that is not only smoky but also alive, warm, and unusually sensual.
