Composed by Rodrigo Flores-Roux

Ava Gardner didn't need a perfume that walked in before her; she needed one that could hold its own when she arrived. That's why LE GALION L'ASTRE is a grand, magnetic white floral, ignited by red ginger and warm spices.

Red ginger, clementine, and cardamom open the composition juicy and hot. Cinnamon, coriander, and allspice further raise the temperature, without softening the spicy impression.

Jasmine, ylang-ylang, tuberose, and orange blossom then explode in full breadth. There is no single quiet protagonist: the entire bouquet acts as a spotlight directed straight onto the skin.

Paul Vacher met Ava Gardner in the fifties, after the success of Sortilège in the USA, and created a private formula for her. Rodrigo Flores-Roux contemporarily reworked it in collaboration with her estate and heirs; L'Astre was launched in 2023.

Amber, vanilla, benzoin, and tonka round out the floral opulence, while suede adds a soft, tactile shadow. The spices quieten down, but tuberose still refuses to cede space to the base.

L'Astre is not a perfume for a discreet entrance. It is tuberose and jasmine under red ginger, allspice, and a suede glove — a star's private scent that has been waiting for the spotlight for decades.
