Cardamom, coriander, and pepper open the fragrance dry and refined. Ambrette, carrot seed, and elemi give the spices softness, earthy warmth, and a subtle resinous glow.

Rose stands at the center, surrounded by iris, jasmine, violet, and almond. It is not loud or overly sweet; it acts like a rich fabric over which the spices slowly spread.

Leather settles on sandalwood, oud, and benzoin, with amber, patchouli, vanilla, and tonka. The finish is woody, resinous, and calm, but leaves a beautifully shaped trail.

This is the most wonderful oriental rose I've smelled in a long time. It invites you on a seductive journey while simultaneously calming you. A beautiful blend of spices, resins, and woods smoothly swirls around the opulent rose. It's not loud, but it projects enough to leave a noticeable trail. Longevity is excellent.
