The same rose now emerges from the shadows, darker, denser, and enveloped in a plush veil of spices. NEELA VERMEIRE MOHUR EXTRAIT deepens Mohur's world without simply amplifying its volume.
Ambrette, cardamom, and carrot seed create a soft, earthy-spicy opening. Pepper, coriander, and elemi bring a dry sheen that keeps the rose poised between dewy garden freshness and jammy oriental richness.
The rose is joined by a more pronounced iris, violet, jasmine, and almond. The floral heart acts like a dark magenta: powdery, deep, and tactile, with much more shadow than in the Eau de Parfum edition.
Leather, amber, and woody notes descend into sandalwood, oud, and benzoin. Patchouli, vanilla, and tonka leave a thick, smooth, and resinous-warm trail.
Mohur Extrait is a 60ml extrait signed by Bertrand Duchaufour. Choose it if you want a darker, more opulent, and plush rose; it's not for you if you prefer the airiness and more restrained character of the original Mohur.
