MORA x Divine Comedy
Note
Composed by Cyrill Rolland
The longest winter night here smells of cold water, crushed timur, leather, and smoke, marking the transition to a new cycle. WOLF BROTHERS MORA x Divine Comedy is a limited edition of the Mora perfume in a 10ml bottle.
Grapefruit, timur, and pink pepper open the Eau de Parfum with a bitter, citrusy, and electric scent. Aquatic notes, pepper, and thyme let a cold, aromatic air through this opening.
Cannabis, cardamom, and cypress build a green, slightly wild heart. Geranium adds a metallic florality, and tea a dry bitterness; the entire middle feels like a bundle of herbs prepared for a ritual, not a neat aromatic bouquet.
Cyrill Rolland dedicates the composition to the winter solstice, the moment when darkness reaches its peak and begins to give way to new light. The transition is felt through the contrast of the icy beginning and the increasingly warm smoke.
Leather, vetiver, and fir balsam later create a dry, woody foundation. Incense slowly takes over the skin, while timur and grapefruit remain as cold sparks above a fire that has just ignited.
MORA x Divine Comedy is not a perfume of winter spices and sweet resins. It is timur and thyme on leather, with cannabis, fir balsam, vetiver, and solstitial incense — the same ritualistic scent of Mora in a limited 10ml format.
