Composed by Olivier Cresp
Rožata usually concludes a family lunch; this one arrives after midnight, with rum, toffee, and a question whose name no longer needs to be spoken. ÉVEILLEUR Not Innocent transforms the Dalmatian dessert into a quiet, warm, and very carnal gourmand.
Almond, orange, and rum open the composition bitter, citrusy, and liquor-like. Orange brightens the almond, while rum immediately gives the entire opening an evening, slightly dangerous warmth.
Toffee and Milk Smell-the-Taste™ then create a creamy, caramelized texture for the rožata. Rose essence weaves through the sweetness as an elegant floral trace, subtle enough to prevent the dessert from becoming a perfumed pastry shop.
Olivier Cresp builds the composition around a slow desire and intimacy that grows in silence. There’s no forceful conquest or grand declarations; bodies draw near out of a need to feel and be felt.
Vanilla, sandalwood, and tonka later provide a warm, smooth base. The rum settles, the milky note lingers on the skin, and the almond and caramel gain a woody framework.
Not Innocent is not a childishly sweet scent of rožata. It is caramelized milk with rum, almond, rose, and sandalwood after midnight — a passion that whispers because it knows it's already close enough.
