Omega

Omega is not a dramatic end, but a peaceful point beyond which there is no need to prove anything. MENDITTOROSA Omega carries mortality with cool elegance: the skin is covered with iris, cumin, white musk, and quiet vanilla.

The leather accord of labdanum and oud gives the extrait a dark, resinous opening. Jasmine, iris, and violet lay a floral velvet over it, but the leather remains firm enough not to turn into powdery softness.

Rosewood and Egyptian cumin bring wood and body warmth. Cumin is key to the distanced sensuality: it doesn't scream animalic, but leaves a feeling of living skin beneath an elegant surface.

Amélie Bourgeois created Omega as a counterpart to Alpha and one part of the Alpha, Omega, and Id trilogy. Alpha and Omega are two sides of the same whole, while Id represents the eternal energy of Stromboli; all three fragrances can be worn alone or together.

Frankincense, Virginian cedar, white musk, and vanilla later soothe the skin. The iris becomes warmer, the oud quieter, and the finish gains a gourmand softness without losing its seriousness.
