Sillage

A long exposure turns a point of light into a line; this perfume does the same with oud. KINETIC Sillage doesn't allow agarwood to engulf the frame, but rather stretches it into a thin dark ribbon around which other notes constantly shift.

Oud, saffron, and violet appear as an afterimage, not a sharp portrait. Saffron provides dry warmth, violet blurs the contours, and oud remains present like a line on the horizon.

Christian Carbonell builds the composition like a photograph of a rugged open landscape. Olibanum and jasmine lead from dry resin to floral softness, while raspberry introduces a dark, red shimmer without turning the scent into a fruity gourmand.

On the skin, suede, musk, and vanilla blend with benzoin and amber. The transition is quiet: rough resin becomes a warm body print on sheets, and oud never completely disappears.

If you want a strong, medicinal oud that immediately takes up space, Sillage might be too subtle for you. Its presence is not in the loudness of a single note, but in the trail that continues behind the movement.

The French word "sillage" means the wake a ship leaves in the water; here, it is an invisible ribbon of oud, violet, and warm musk that says "I'm still here" even after you've left.
