Slowdive

A late summer afternoon is so dense you can almost bite the air. HIRAM GREEN Slowdive smells of an escape from the sun among flowers, bees, and tobacco leaf, while honey slowly warms on the skin.

Neroli and orange blossom open the composition brightly, but not entirely fresh for long. The frangipani impression and tuberose quickly bring a creamy, almost intoxicating floral quality.

Hiram Green builds a tobacco theme without cigarette smoke. Tobacco flower meets honey and beeswax, so the heart feels golden, pollen-rich, and alive, like a garden where the buzzing of bees becomes part of the scent.

Dried fruits deepen the sweetness, while warm resins anchor the composition. On the skin, the floral opening becomes denser, and the honey takes on a darker, balsamic edge instead of a sugary lightness.

If you want leather, ash, or a sharp dryness from tobacco, Slowdive takes a different path. It's also not for someone who can't stand honeyed density; the summer air here is intentionally sweet and slow.

Towards the end, beeswax remains on warm resins, along with dried fruit and tobacco flower — the afternoon still lingers on the skin even though the sun has already disappeared behind the garden.
