Soleil Blanc opens with bergamot, cardamom, and pistachio, followed very quickly by opulent ylang-ylang. The base features benzoin and Tom Ford's Coco de Mer accord, which give the composition its familiar creamy, sunny warmth.

On paper, it might sound like a classic citrus-floral summer perfume.

On the skin, it's much creamier.

Pistachio and ylang-ylang create an almost milky sensation, and Coco de Mer is often perceived as coconut, although it's not officially listed as a regular coconut note. This often leads to an association with luxurious sunscreen.

And we're not saying that as a criticism.

Soleil Blanc is precisely one of those perfumes that transformed that "sunscreen" effect into something exceptionally elegant. It doesn't smell like a plastic bottle of lotion from a beach bag, but rather like the skin of someone who has just left a private beach club.

The perfume belongs to the Private Blend collection and was launched in 2016. The perfumer behind this composition is the well-known Natalie Gracia - Cetto.

Soleil Blanc works especially well when you want a summer perfume that isn't just a citrus cologne. It has enough freshness for the sun, but also enough creamy depth to easily imagine it by the sea in the evening.
