Composed by Delphine Thierry
Dusk can be softened with sandalwood, amber, and vanilla, without trying to turn it into day. MAJDA BEKKALI Tendre Est la Nuit - Clair is the lighter side of night: a warm extract for intimacy, not for the spotlight.
Hibiscus and clove give the opening a floral-spicy tension. Hibiscus acts as a red, slightly acidic veil, while clove brings a dry warmth and leads towards deeper woody tones.
Delphine Thierry builds the composition in extract concentration, in line with the house's approach, which does not release dozens of trendy fragrances, but gives each creation its own message and enough space to develop.
On the skin, sandalwood, amber, and patchouli slowly blend with vetiver, Atlas cedar, and oakmoss. Vanilla rounds out the wood and creates the impression of a warm refuge.
If you are looking for a radiant floral jasmine or a dessert vanilla, Clair will be drier and more serious for you. Its gentleness lies in the texture of sandalwood and amber, while moss and vetiver keep the darkness beneath the surface.
Towards the end, clove remains in warm wood, with vanilla over moss — a brighter dusk in which you can curl up, but from which the night has not disappeared.
