The first colder days are not yet winter, but they already call for soft fabric, a warm mug, and the peace that stays indoors. NEELA VERMEIRE THYINA from the Fragments by NVC line wears beige as a feeling of tenderness and security.

Lavender, violet, and pimento open the fragrance powdery, fresh, and discreetly spicy. Warmth is present from the start, but never smothers the aromatic purity of lavender.

Styrax, Peruvian balsam, and Tolu balsam create a resinous, soft heart. Coffee and hazelnut add a roasted, rounded texture to it, without pronounced sweetness.

Sandalwood, amyris, and birch tar build a warm woody finish. The trail is smooth and comforting, with a thin dark line that prevents it from becoming too gentle.

Thyina is a 50ml parfum signed by Fabrice Olivieri. It will suit you if you like powdery, balsamic, and quietly woody scents; it's not for you if you want strong sweetness or a perfume that enters the room before you do.

A unique powdery lavender scent, it cannot be associated with any other lavender scent. I kindly received a sample of this fragrance from Neele via Fragrantica, and I must say it was a fascinating discovery. I sense a lot of lavender and balsamic notes, very soothing and relaxing. Warm and fresh sensations blend beautifully in this complex, polar-contrasting fragrance. It is suitable for pre-winter days.
