A new horizon begins here with bergamot and cypress, but soon takes on the color of mango, pineapple, and saffron. GRAVEL Eau d'Esire envisions a life journey as a transition from a cool morning to a warm, spicy unknown.
Bergamot and cypress open the composition brightly, green, and upright. Cypress provides a dry Mediterranean framework around the citrus, like morning air by the coast.
Saffron and nutmeg then warm the pineapple and mango. The fruit remains juicy, but the spices give it a drier, almost golden surface instead of carefree tropical sweetness.
Mirella Pomina introduces violet and hyacinth into the heart. Their cool, somewhat green floralcy creates an unexpected pause between the exotic fruits and a darker base.
Cumin, clove leaf, patchouli, musk, Tolu balsam, Mousse de Saxe, and ambergris later deepen the composition. The finish becomes warm, earthy, and more carnal, while mango remains only a distant color.
Eau d'Esire is not a simple sunny vacation perfume. It is mango and saffron between cypress, violet, and Mousse de Saxe — a journey that begins with a familiar morning and ends off the map.
