How does a fruit that doesn't exist yet smell? NEANDERTAL Is™ responds with bright, sweet pulp, chalky skin, and a metallic edge — familiar enough to make you want to name it, synthetic enough for the name to always elude you.

Nutmeg, myrtle, galbanum, and bergamot create a fresh, green, and subtly spicy opening. Fig and metallic notes then introduce a peculiar pulp: milky and ripe inside, cool and clean outside.

Violet gives a chalky, almost mineral-powdery hue, immediately contradicted by dark chocolate with its dense bitterness. Suede between them feels soft like the skin of that imagined artificial fruit.

Is™ and Was™ were born from the same brief: one designed by master perfumers, the other by artificial intelligence. With this pair, the house of Neandertal explores the future of species and our relationship with synthetic life; Is™ is the brighter half of this experiment.

Vetiver, patchouli, and sandalwood dry the fruity core, while musk, Peruvian balsam, and vanilla keep warmth close to the skin. Chocolate recedes into a dark shadow, and the metallic tone remains as a thin shimmer.

Is™ is neither an ordinary fig perfume nor a classic chocolate gourmand. It is a synthetic fruit with fig pulp, chalk, suede, and metallic skin — a taste of the future that the nose can imagine before the tongue.
