Nude Beach

There's no conceptual puzzle: take it all off, lie on the sand, and let the salt mix with warm skin and sunscreen residue. MIGUEL MATOS Nude Beach is a perfume of pure summer bliss.

Neroli, coconut, and tiare open the extrait sunny, white, and creamy. Ylang-ylang enhances the tropical floralcy, while salty sea air gives the entire bouquet the scent of skin after swimming.

Copaiba brings a soft balsamic warmth, and milk rounds out the coconut without turning the composition into a piña colada. Flowers and lotion merge into the familiar trail of a body that has been in the sun all day.

Miguel Matos intentionally abandons challenges and complex concepts here. The inspiration is simple: dunes, the sun caressing a naked body, a sea breeze, and the memory of a passionate kiss.

Sandalwood, ambroxan, musks, solar notes, and cashmeran later create a dry, warm finish. The coconut becomes softer, the salt remains on the skin, and the tiare acts like a cream absorbed into a towel.

Nude Beach is not a fresh marine aquatic nor an edible coconut. It is salt on bare skin, coated with tiare, milk, coconut, and hot sandalwood — a day when the only plan is to lie still.
