Pride

Chypre can live off its own history or use it as a construct for something new. DER DUFT Pride chooses the latter.

Bergamot brings a brief, bitter light before carrot seed pulls the scent towards the earth. Instead of a bright citrus opening, you get a green, dry, and slightly powdery transition.

Narcissus takes over the composition with its yellow, spicy, and earthy character. Jasmine gives it floral breadth but doesn't soften it enough to make Pride romantic or tame.

Patchouli, moss, and cashmeran build a distinctive chypre skeleton. Amber and sandalwood layer a soft, contemporary layer over it, making the perfume feel vintage only in posture, never in execution.
