Collection: Toskovat'

Toskovat' is a Romanian avant-garde niche perfume house founded by David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi in Bucharest in 2022. The former film student chose perfumery as a new medium for storytelling, without the obligation that the compositions be simply pleasant. The house calls its fragrances Extraits de Mémoire — memory extracts that preserve feelings, experiences and personal stories.

The name comes from the Slavic term toska, a deep longing associated with nostalgia and spiritual restlessness. The filmic structure, unconventional chords and provocative themes allow the collection to talk about childhood, loss, war, love and memory without embellishment. On the skin, Toskovat' does not reconstruct the memory faithfully, but returns the emotional trace it left behind.
