L'Entropiste is a French niche perfume house launched in Paris by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour in early 2020s, and officially presented around 2023. Known as the "master of frankincense", Duchaufour approaches perfumery as an experimental discipline built on contrast, tension, and controlled imbalance.

The house's name derives from the concept of entropy: disorder and chaos are not errors to be eliminated, but sources of creative shift. In each composition, raw materials collide, change, and gradually find an unexpected balance. On the skin, L'Entropiste demonstrates that harmony does not have to arise from order, but from well-managed disturbance.
