Paris, 1774. At a time when fragrance was also applied to leather gloves, master glover and perfumer Michel Adam opened the store À la Reine des Fleurs. Thus began the story of L.T. Piver, one of the oldest French perfume houses still creating today.

It acquired the name by which we know it in the 19th century, when Louis-Toussaint Piver took over its leadership. From royal customers to expansion beyond France, the house participated in shaping perfumery as we know it today.

Its rich history is also intertwined with curiosity: L.T. Piver was among the early houses to explore the possibilities of synthetic fragrance ingredients. Its character is beautifully revealed by Héliotrope Blanc, with its powdery softness and nuances of almond and vanilla, and Cuir de Russie, which explores the warmth of leather, wood, and smoke. In these fragrances, one can easily imagine the elegance of another era. L.T. Interesting fact: Pierre-François Pascal Guerlain, the founder of the house of Guerlain, worked and honed his craft at the renowned house of L.T. Piver in 1822.
